It triggers something inside of the viewer...you can see sincerity in this little cambodian girl's eyes...the photographer gave her a candy to take her picture. The girl was obviously quite pleased!
The lighting is appealing also. The colors look rich and clean. This was a very well captured moment of a human emotion and innocence. Perfect in my opinion!
